Offline and recovery

Why are my statistics empty or out of date?

The server calculates numbers when you open the screen. Offline, Statistics shows the saved copy with No connection. Last updated and a date. Online, check whether the match was sent and finished, and which counting rules apply: your own participation matters for personal statistics, while night and deck views can also count matches you only recorded.

Numbers with an old date

  • Statistics (Club → Statistics) keeps your numbers from the last visit on this device. Offline it shows No connection. Last updated with the date and time. Once you are online, tap Try again; the line disappears when the numbers are fresh.
  • Tonight's standings say No connection. These are the standings from the last time you were online. Tap Refresh once you are online. They also update by themselves after this phone has sent new results. This copy only lasts while the app remains open; after an offline restart, no standings may be available.
  • Season standings and Stats for this deck are not kept for offline use. Without a connection they only show that there is no connection.

The server recalculates when you open the screen. A received match appears once it meets that screen’s counting rules, including completion and, for season standings, confirmation or final status.

Check why a match does not count

  1. Sent. On the phone that recorded it, Play should not show Still to sync: or Needs attention. Until the match reaches the server, it counts nowhere.
  2. Finished. Unfinished matches never count. Open History, turn on Unfinished only and complete the match.
  3. Played by you. Statistics only counts matches where you sat on a seat as yourself or as a friend linked to your account. A match you only recorded for others is in History but not in your numbers.
  4. The right screen. Each screen counts something different; see below.

Which screen counts what

  • Statistics: every finished match you played in, confirmed or not. Per deck only counts a match under a deck when that deck was on your seat.
  • Tonight's standings: every finished match of that night, including unconfirmed ones, which are marked provisional.
  • Season standings: only results nobody still has to confirm or dispute, or that are final, from the nights linked to that season.
  • Stats for this deck: every finished match in your History with that deck, also ones you only recorded.

The details are in how personal statistics are calculated and how night and season standings work.

What an empty screen means

  • No finished match yet. As soon as you finish one, your numbers appear here. No finished match with you on a seat has reached the server.
  • No match played tonight yet. There may be no players or results to show. Offline, this can also mean no standings were loaded since opening the app; reconnect and tap Refresh.
  • No confirmed matches in this season yet. No result from the linked nights is settled yet, or no night is linked to the season.
  • No finished match with this deck yet. No finished match in your History has this deck.

Confirming is not a shortcut

Confirmation affects which results count in season standings. Statistics and Tonight's standings already include unconfirmed results; confirming can remove the provisional label in the night standings, without changing its wins or matches played. Only confirm a correct result; dispute or correct a wrong one.

If it does not work

  • Only No connection. Try again once you are back online. and a Try again button. This device has no saved copy yet, for example just after signing in. Open Statistics once with a connection.
  • Season standings will not open. Only the group owner can open them, and they need a connection.
  • A deck is missing under Per deck. No deck was filled in on your seat. Fill it in from the match (see correct a player or fill in a missing deck).
