Why is a match missing, or not showing on another device?

Check the account, whether recording started, History filters, sync on the recording phone and the identity on your seat. Unfinished matches can appear in History too. Do not clear website data: it deletes unsent changes. Signing out keeps the queue but pauses sending until you sign in to the same account again.

Which matches appear in History

  • Matches you played in, whoever recorded them, when your seat was your account or a friend entry linked to it.
  • Matches you recorded yourself, also when you did not play.
  • Unfinished matches too, marked Unfinished.

A player without an account has no History, and a seat with only a typed-in name does not belong to anyone’s account.

Check in this order

  1. The account. Open Club: the signed-in name is at the top. History belongs to that account, not to the phone.
  2. Recorded at all. A fresh table starts recording when someone is signed in and changes life or a counter. Just counting on a fresh signed-out table creates no history. If you signed out during an already recorded match, earlier recorded parts can still exist; sign back in to the same account before finishing it.
  3. The filters. Open Club → History and look for chips next to Filters. Tap Clear filters.
  4. Finished. Turn on Unfinished only. An unfinished match is listed without a winner; complete it (see complete an unfinished match later).
  5. Sent. On the phone that recorded the match, open Play. Still to sync: means it has not reached the server yet, and that phone needs a connection with the app open. Needs attention means the server refused something (see check pending sync and recover rejected changes).
  6. Your seat. Ask whoever recorded it who sat in your place. With a guest name or a friend entry that is not linked to your account, the match is in their History, not in yours.

Missing on another device only

Another phone or tablet signed in to the same account gets new matches when it syncs: when you open the app, bring it to the front or come back online, and about every minute while the app is on screen. Opening History also fetches the latest. That device needs a connection, and the phone that recorded the match must have sent it first.

When you were not on the seat as yourself

  • A friend entry for you that is not linked: the other player can link it to your account with your personal code. The matches you already played with them then appear in your History (see link a friend to their account).
  • A guest name or someone else on your seat: whoever recorded the match can put you on that seat from the match with Who sat here? (see correct a player or fill in a missing deck).

When a match cannot come back

  • The game was played entirely on a fresh signed-out table, without recording ever starting.
  • The table was cleared before anything was recorded.
  • The change was discarded under Syncing, or website data was deleted before it was sent.
  • The unfinished match was deleted. It then disappears from everyone’s History.

A match that is in History but not in your numbers is a different question (see why statistics are empty or out of date).
