Offline and recovery
What works offline, and what needs a connection?
The counter works fully offline; games and a few other actions are saved on the phone and sent later, while managing your account, friends, decks and groups needs a connection.
Read the answerHow do I check pending sync and recover rejected changes?
Play shows whether changes are still waiting to be sent or were refused by the server; Syncing lets you try a refused change again or discard it.
Read the answerHow do I keep my game safe when closing or updating the app?
Working browser storage keeps the table and queued changes between visits. Check storage warnings and sync before closing; deleting local data can lose unsent results.
Read the answerWhy is a match missing, or not showing on another device?
Check the account, whether the game was recorded at all, the filters, completion, sending and your seat, in that order, before you change anything on the device.
Read the answerWhy are my statistics empty or out of date?
Offline you see saved numbers with a date; online a match only counts once it has been sent and finished, you played in it yourself, and it counts on the screen you are looking at.
