Can I delete my account, export my data or contact support?

Wizards’ Club has no button to erase your entire account or export your history and statistics. For questions, account termination or a privacy request, email raymond@dockyard.app. The privacy notice linked at the bottom of the website explains your rights and how requests are handled. You can remove individual items yourself and sign out of a device.

Deleting your account

Profile has your display name, language, username, default format, avatar colour, discoverability, Link code and Sign out, but no way to delete the account. Sign out only ends the session on that device: your account, recorded matches and friends stay on the server.

To end your account agreement or request erasure of personal data, email raymond@dockyard.app. We also assess the rights of other players involved; not every shared result necessarily needs to disappear entirely.

What you can remove or limit yourself:

  • A recorded match, within the rules for deleting a match (see delete a recorded match).
  • A friend from your list (see merge duplicate friends or remove a contact).
  • A deck, by archiving it (see archive a deck and restore it later).
  • Being found and linked: clear Discoverable by username for other players and Rotate your Link code, so an old code stops working (see who can find me).
  • This device’s data: clearing website data removes the table and unsent changes from the device, not your account (see keep your game safe when closing or updating the app).

Exporting your data

The app has no button for an export, download or backup file of your history, statistics, decks or friends. You can look at History and Statistics in the app, also offline from the copy on your device. Share on the summary of a night shares a short text about that one night; it is not an export.

This does not limit your GDPR rights to access, a copy or, where applicable, portability. Submit your request by email; see the privacy notice.

Email address and access to your account

  • Your email address cannot be changed in the app; Profile has no field for it.
  • A forgotten password is reset by email with Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen (see reset a forgotten password).
  • No access to that mailbox any more? The app has no other way to recover the account.

Contacting support

Email questions and complaints to raymond@dockyard.app. For privacy requests, see the privacy notice linked at the bottom of the website. The app has no support form, chat or phone number. These help articles provide step-by-step guidance.

Other things the app does not do

  • Share life totals live between phones. Every phone has its own counter (see join a game night from a second device).
  • Run tournaments. Random pairings under Night draws pairs for a casual evening; there are no tournament rounds or rules.
  • Take payments. There is no paid subscription, checkout or trial (see what is free, and do I need Club).
  • Send messages or notifications. The app has no chat and no push notifications.
  • Show cards. The app shows no card images.
