Why is a result final after seven days?

When the seven days start

• When the match was completed: the moment Finish match was tapped at the table, or Complete match was used in History.
• Not when the game started, and not when the phone sent the result.
• Correcting the result does not restart the count.
• Unfinished matches never become final.

After freezing, the server also rejects late offline changes to the result or duration, and extra games or seats. You can inspect the rejection in Sync; the queued change is not silently discarded.

When it actually locks

Until then, the match details say You can correct this until with a date. The server checks for results to lock once an hour, so a result can become final up to an hour after the seven days have passed. The date is not a countdown to the minute.

What Final means

• The status shows Final, and the details say Fixed on with the date it was locked.
• Correct the result disappears. Nobody can change the winner or duration anymore.
• Looks right ✓ and That's not right disappear, and the match leaves To confirm.
• It counts in group and season standings, also when not everyone confirmed.
• It can no longer be deleted.

An open dispute does not stop it

If someone still disputed the result, it becomes final anyway. The details then add: A dispute was still open at that point — freezing comes first, so not everyone agreed.

What you can still change

• Your own deck on your own seat.
• Your private note.
• The recorder can still change decks and fill seats without a linked account, under the same rules as before the result became final.

Questions

• I missed the seven days. A final result cannot be reopened, not even by the person who recorded it.
• The date has passed, but the result is not Final yet. The hourly check has not run since; until it does, the result can still be corrected.
