Decks

How do I archive a deck and restore it later?

Open the deck in Club → Decks and tap Archive. It moves to the Archived tab and no longer appears when you choose a deck. Tap it there and then Restore to use it again. Archiving never deletes games.

On this page

Archive a deck

  1. Open Club → Decks and tap the deck, or Finish for a provisional deck, to open its page.
  2. Tap Archive. There is no confirmation: the deck is archived immediately and the button changes to Restore.
  3. The deck is now under Archived in My decks.

Where an archived deck disappears

  • Choose deck at the table.
  • Active in My decks, including Provisional.
  • The decks you can pick when filling in a deck for a recorded match.
  • Merge into when you merge another deck.
  • A friend's card in Friends, until you tap Show archived with the number behind it.

What stays

  • Recorded games. Matches in History keep showing the deck; archiving deletes nothing.
  • Statistics. The deck page still shows Stats for this deck.
  • Versions and links. Nothing is removed. Edit deck, Add version and Merge stay available.
  • A seat that already had the deck keeps it until you choose another deck there.

Restore a deck

  1. Open Club → Decks and tap Archived.
  2. Tap the deck and then Restore.
  3. The deck is back under Active and in Choose deck, with all its versions.

Archive or merge?

  • Archive a deck you no longer play but want to keep, with its own history and statistics.
  • Merge a duplicate into the deck it really is. That cannot be undone.
  • There is no button to delete a deck. Archiving is how you tidy up your list.

If it does not work

  • No connection. Try again once you are back online. Archiving and restoring need a connection; nothing has changed.
  • The Archived tab says Nothing archived yet. The deck is still active, or it is a friend's deck: those are on the friend's card in Friends.
  • I cannot archive a linked friend's deck. Decks on a friend's own account are managed by that friend.
