Installation and troubleshooting
How do I keep the screen on during a game?
You do not have to switch anything on: while the counter itself is on screen, the app asks the device to keep the screen on. That stops when you open Play, Night or Club, switch to another app or tab, or lock the phone, and starts again when the counter is back. The device can still refuse, for example in low power mode; then choose a longer auto-lock time.

When the screen stays on
- Only on the counter. The table screen keeps the screen on. Play, Night, Club and the other pages do not.
- Only while it is visible. Switching to another app or browser tab, or locking the phone, ends it. Back on the counter, the app asks again; if the device refuses at first, the next tap on the table tries again.
- With or without an account, online or offline. Nothing is sent anywhere, and you do not need to install the app for this.
- On older iPhones and iPads whose browser lacks this feature (iOS and iPadOS before 16.4), the app plays an invisible, silent video instead, which those versions treat as a reason to keep the screen on.
What the app cannot override
- Low power mode or battery saver. The device may refuse the request, for example when power saving is on or the battery is low. On iPhone, Low Power Mode sets Auto-Lock to 30 seconds.
- A counter that is not in front, such as a browser tab in the background.
- Settings of the device or browser that do not allow it at all.
If the screen still turns off
- Go back to the counter and tap the table once.
- Switch off Low Power Mode on iPhone, or battery saver on Android, for the duration of the game.
- Choose a longer screen time. iPhone: Settings → Display & Brightness → Auto-Lock. Android: Settings → Display (on some phones Display & touch) → Screen timeout; names differ per manufacturer.
- Set it back after the game: a screen that stays on longer uses more battery.
A locked screen does not end the game. The table is kept, and after unlocking you carry on where you were.
